As the governing body of the Balboa Towers Condominium Owners Association, we are committed to preserving and enhancing our community through transparent, fiscally responsible governance. We maintain independent oversight of HOA governance, finances, and strategic decisions, while our property management company serves as our operational agent, managing daily administrative functions and supporting homeowner needs.
We are committed to maintaining rigorous oversight of our financial resources, capital improvements, and community standards while fostering respectful, open communication with residents. Through active board stewardship and transparent communication with homeowners, we strive to protect property values, ensure the long-term structural integrity of our buildings, and cultivate a well-maintained, harmonious living environment for all residents of Balboa Towers.
